Please read our refund policy carefully.
Events/Mixers:
Please note that most of our events are low-cost to allow maximum participation, and as such they are mostly utilised towards organising, admin, and marketing expenses. We do not issue refunds for our events/mixers. However, we can reschedule you to a different event, and can also assist you to transfer your tickets to a single friend or family member who fulfils the terms and conditions of the event. Kindly make a note of this before purchasing your ticket.
Our events serve as low-pressure mixers for singles and are not classified as speed dating or formal dating events. While attending our mixers, we cannot assure you'll encounter a potential dating partner. Nonetheless, you may have the opportunity to interact with intriguing singles, fostering connections for friendships, community engagement, or professional networking. Please note that we do not offer refunds if you don't establish connections with individuals during our events.
Coaching Sessions:
Refunds for coaching sessions will be issued according to the following schedule:
Requests made 48 hours or more before the scheduled session: Full refund.
Requests made less than 48 hours before the scheduled session: No refund, however we can reschedule your session to a different date or assist you to "gift" the session to someone else.
No-show for a scheduled coaching sessions = non-refundable session.
Cancelling a session with less than 18 hours notice will lead to 50% deduction of the session cost.

Courses:
Refunds for courses will be issued according to the following schedule:
Requests made 2 weeks or more before the course start date: Full refund.
Requests made 2 weeks or less before the course start date: No refund. However, we can assist you to get on the course, or recoup part of the value in terms of events/courses/digital products.
Digital Products:
Refunds for digital products will be issued according to the following criteria:
If the product is defective or not as described, a full refund will be issued upon verification.
Refund requests due to dissatisfaction must be made within 1 week of purchase. Refunds will be issued at the discretion of Pixie - TMM
General Conditions:
Refunds will be processed using the same method as the original payment.
All refund requests must be submitted in writing via hello@pixie-tmm
Please allow 5-10 days for your refund to be processed.
Pixie-TMM reserves the right to modify or update this refund policy at any time without prior notice.
